Residential,roof covering /shingle replacement Needed shingles replaces. Obtained several quotes. Sanderson representative was good to deal with. The company has been in business for 125 years so there warranty of 50 yrs on materials and 25 on workmanship is valid. The crew was good and were careful around the property. A Sanderson inspector came to have a look shortly after completion and minor issues were dealt with promptly.

The team were prompt, polite and worked quickly. The project was completed in one day. They left the work site cleaner than they found it. I would certainly recommend Sanderson for any of your roofing requirements.

I asked for an estimate from 8 different roofing companies in Ottawa / Gatineau, many of them had been referred by coworkers and neighbors. However Sanderson stood out. I was very satisfied with the quality of the work and the professionalism of the employees. They took the time to protect my garden and flowers and left my property spic-and-span when they were done. The workmanship was excellent and the projext was completed on time and on budget.
