This past September I had my roof redone by Sanderson Roofing. They were prompt in providing a detailed estimate, went to great lengths to ensure we had the type and colour of shingles we wanted, included additional work regarding flashing, and performed the work on schedule and on budget. The team of roofers were friendly, professional, very well organized and left the property as clean as it was when they arrived. The work is excellent and I would recommend them to anyone who asks.

Real professionals, from the moment we contacted Sanderson for a quote to when the truck left the driveway. The sales team knew exactly what our older style house needed and never tried to oversell. They arrived as scheduled with a crew of three who finished the job on time despite the weather conditions that were less than favourable. They even finished on their hands and knees to ensure no nails were left in driveway. I highly recommend Sanderson Roofing.

I called Sanderson Roofing because they are an established roofing company . I just wanted to make sure that one part of the roof which looked like it needed to be redone would be good until spring. It was late October. Eric came and looked at the roof. He told me that everything was okay but that the front part would need to be done in the spring. Removed and Replaced shingles These workers were experienced, professional and polite. A price quote and time frame were outlined and they adhered to both. I was most impressed by their willingness to respond quickly to our requests and their dedication to performing a great job. They were recommended by neighbours and I would highly recommend them. There was no fuss or muss and the job was completed to our satisfactory.

Needed shingles replaces. Obtained several quotes. Sanderson representative was good to deal with. The company has been in business for 125 years so there warranty of 50 yrs on materials and 25 on workmanship is valid. The crew was good and were careful around the property. A Sanderson inspector came to have a look shortly after completion and minor issues were dealt with promptly.

Great from start to finish. Even offered a no interest deferred payment option if needed. After work clean was great, everything done on time and as promised. will recommend to family and friends!
