I had my roof replaced and am very satisfied with the work that was completed. The crew was very punctual and professional. They took the time to answer all my questions. They did an excellent job cleaning up. Definitely would recommend Sanderson roofing.

I live in a townhouse (end unit). My roof was looking rough, and so did my neighbor's roof. We looked around for quotes on replacing our roofs. We chose Sanderson Roofing not because of the price, but because of the quality. Sanderson wasn't the cheapest, but it certainly wasn't the most expensive either. What made us choose them was the speed with which they could do the job, and the quality of the service during installation and after. They offered a 25 year warranty on their labour, which was nowhere near what was offered... read more
We had Sanderson install a new roof with architectural shingles….with a choice of 4 companies. We chose a shingle that we are extremely satisfied with. The installation team did an excellent job. This company has been in business for many years , and the senior people were very friendly and helpful. Thank you Sanderson. Ed

Residential Sanderson’s has been my roofing contractor for almost 20 years installing at least 10 different roofs for my company, family and friends. I keep coming back because of the quality, service, price and professionalism of their staff. No job is too small (outside pool shed) and each job is done just right!
Roofing Sandersons has done two flat roofs for me. They responded quickly to a request for a quote, arrived when they said they would and completed the work expeditiously. Their staff were professional and a pleasure to deal with. The work site was well-cleaned at the end of the job. One problematic issue was quickly dealt with at no extra cost. I would recommend them for any roofing work.
