I have been to two other Toyota dealerships for service but have found Sand Mountain to be absolutely the best. They are super friendly, very efficient and they do what they say they’re going to do. I highly recommend the dealership and wish others could be as professional as Sand Mountain. I especially want to recognize Matt Fomby for his excellent customer service

Overall, happy with the service. Always pleasant and answers my questions. Just a little confused. When I took my car in for my 80000 service, they stated my brakes needed changed. Told them to wait till next service appointment. 85000 service was done. The paper they gave me at checkout said my brakes were good. They were not changed from last service to this one. Were they trying to make me buy something that wasn't needed. Just had questions
Service with appointment is too slow. Need to at least communicate with customer if extended wait time.

Best experience I have ever had at a dealership! I will continue to purchase and send anyone looking for a dealership to Sand Mtn Toyota! Huge shout out to Parker Raines and the wonderful finance manager!! I inquired online about a vehicle, went in for a test drive and within a total of 45 minutes (this time included my test drive) I was completely finished purchasing my new ride! Very best service I have ever received!

I just had a great service experience at Sand Mtn Toyota with service writer Dustin Hood. Needed new spark plugs and Sand Mountain did the job for much less than Bill Penney quoted!!Like $200 less! That is real savings!!!
