Pretty much if you don't buy a ring from them you are an inferior customer. My engagement ring was purchased somewhere else ( unknown ). Even though we are a paying customer for repairs I was told essentially my ring was going to be a constant problem. When I asked about if they would be interested in buying/trading in the ring for a different style that would be repurchased from them I was told " I wouldn't be interested in that quality, it's not a diamond."
