RecommendedI tried Sanborns after the local jeweler in my town closed, could not be happier. I have gotten a couple of pieces for my wife there and everyone I’ve encountered has been awesome. Good people, good selection.
I was in close to closing time, and offered several times to come back the next day, but the sales lady kept reassuring me that we didn’t have to do that. I ended up with problems with a VISA gift card, so they held my purchase until the next day when I could get things straightened out. On my return visit, again I was not rushed. I will continue to shop there, especially for my Pandora jewelry.
SANBORN’S is the best jewelry store! All of the employees are kind helpful and informative. I recently had to replace the stone in my wedding ring. Wendi and Amber not only helped me choose a beautiful new stone but also helped me with insurance paperwork. We are so fortunate to have this store in Muskegon!!!

I went in to Sanborn's this morning with my son, looking for pandora charms for my mother's pandora bracelet. We were promptly shown our options which were beautiful and picked out a charm and space. The young lady that waited on us asked my son if he wanted to help wrap them, which he happily said yes, with a big smile on his face!!
