Our family has been going to Sanborn's for years. Their staff is very knowledgeable and extremely friendly! I've bought jewelry at a big chain jewelry store and purchased their lifetime warranty but they refused to repair the chain if I didn't send the pendant along with it. So, I now bring my chain to sanborn's to be fixed, they get it done in less than a week and it only cost me $16 I highly recommend them for ALL of your jewelry needs!!
