Purchased Lamb Roast along with Lamb Shank (havnt cooked it yet), the meat on the Lamb Roast came out tender, soft / pull apart smooth and flavorful meat. I’m very pleased with the overall quality of meat. Looking forward to cooking with more of the meats here.
