My favourite butcher! The quality is just so good. I love walking here and grabbing a quick sausage roll and something to BBQ. Their bacon and sausages are also a cut above. The staff is super friendly and knowledgeable.

Just popped in, as we often stop here for excellent meat. HOWEVER during this visit one staff member was incredibly rude. They had no patience for children, I was there with two small excited kids and they twice had a go at me for the kids being interested (not destructive) in the food. It was so upsetting. Will not likely go back. Don't go with kids, they are clearly not welcome.
I love the Kensington location. However, I live much closer to the Gerrard & Coxwell location, so this is the one I visit most often. The quality of the meat and other products is excellent, and the selection is thoughtfully curated. My four star rating is based almost entirely on the customer service rather than the products themselves. The staff could be friendlier and take customers’ questions more seriously.
