I love the Kensington location. However, I live much closer to the Gerrard & Coxwell location, so this is the one I visit most often. The quality of the meat and other products is excellent, and the selection is thoughtfully curated. My four star rating is based almost entirely on the customer service rather than the products themselves. The staff could be friendlier and take customers’ questions more seriously. To be fair, on most visits it has seemed like there was some kind of issue or the staff were simply in a bad mood.... read more
