You had me at "hello." The ambiance, instructors, and incredible variety of yoga classes have captured my heart in a way I never thought possible. It has been 63 days since my first visit, and I have been thrilled to walk through the doors of Sana Vida for nearly every single one of those. The peace and joy it brings to my mind, body, and spirit continues to be an invaluable asset to my life.

Best thing I've done for myself in years--yoga classes at Sana Vida! Love the beautiful facility and the friendly staff as well as the fabulous selection of teas. Great place and I and have recommended it to many friends and acquaintances!
