I've been going to Sana Vida for about 7 years now. It's my go to for calm and peace. All of the yoga instructors are excellent! Every person that works there is so friendly and kind. I've met some of my best friends here, and everyone who comes through their doors is friendly. This is my Yoga studio! Patty has done an excellent job.
Love Sana Vida. They make you feel like family! I like that you have all you need in one place -- yoga, spa, acupuncture and an amazing tea bar. I've learned so much about how to live a healthier life here.
