Tried my first yoga class yesterday as part of my two week unlimited. The instructor (Savannah?) was so kind and thorough in instruction. Afterwards I got my eye brows waxed and the lady who did them was phenomenal! My eyes didn't even water I have no idea how she was so gentle. Will definitely be going back.

I first visited 6 years ago and it never disappoints. The atmosphere immediately takes you away to a calm state. The massage therapists are very good and the tea room is healing. I had been diagnosed with a small fiber peripheral neuropathy and my husband sent me to Sana Vida for some relaxation and healing for the anxiety that I had associated with my illness. I was very skeptical of a hypnotic therapy, but I tried it and it helped me in ways I will never forget. Now I like to visit for their yoga or other treatments when I... read more
Sana Vida is an awesome place offering acupuncture, massage, and yoga classes. The 2/week Chair Yoga classes have really helped me be more balanced and has increased my upper body strength. My back issues are also improved.

Love this place ... truly has a healing aura ... acupuncture and massage are my two mainstays ... and they have a great "frequent flyer" program for those of us lucky enough to live in the area and receive treatments on a regular basis ...
