Just moved to the area from Austin and found this amazing place to practice yoga, get a massage and sip tea all in a beautiful, peaceful space!! What more do I need?!The staff were very welcoming and I really enjoyed the yoga class. So happy to have found this gem.

I got my first facial this week! Katharine was very sweet and extremely knowledgable of what I needed and helped guide me to find some great products for my skin. The facial was very calming in a quiet and soothing room. It was a great experience and I will absolutely be back!
Very welcoming and peaceful atmosphere. I had my first Brazilian done with Katherine. She made me feel so at ease and comfortable! I will definitely be going back to her next month for round two!

We ❤️ Sana Vida. I have been getting acupuncture here weekly and love my sessions with Olivia. I've also had a facial with Tina that was Amazing! We'll be trying the couples massage next. Awesome people, spectacular service.
