Short version- DO NOT BUY THERE! i did, first purchase was great in 2012, The sales crew is different now. My second deal last month will be my last. because i special ordered a truck they knew they had me. Many unkept promises. It's my fault though for just not going elsewhere when i knew what was going on. Sales mgrs- Kyle Riley and Donnie lost my business, The Service Dept has always been great.
Went to get my tires rotated and balanced, for one it took forever and they were pretty slow on that day due to bad weather. When the car was finally finished, I went to go get my wallet to go inside to pay, and noticed coffee spilt all over my driver side floor board. When I told the receptionist, she just pointed me in the direction of the napkins. Unbelievable! Never will I ever go to San Marcos Toyota again!!
I love SMT!! The employees are super sweet, especially the sales administrator.
