Longest oil change ever~ I was hopeful when there was only 1 car in front of me. 30 minutes later they got around to my change. Hard to believe so many workers, all standing with their hands in pockets talking. It's really been the last straw the last few times I've been here due to poor costumer service. Next time I'm driving to New Braunfels Toyota
Nothing makes me more irritated than a lack of good service. I spent 40 minutes wandering around San Marcos Toyota without seeing a single salesperson. If you don't have time to come out and see me, I don't have time to do business with you. Guess I'll look elsewhere.
Took two of my vehicles for oil changes on Saturday. Friday night, I replaced engine and cabin filters in both vehicles as I always do prior to taking for oil changes. When they provided the multi-point inspection report...guess what they marked as nearing time for changing...you guessed it, engine and cabin filter. On top of that, I had topped off my windshield wiper fluid in my Mustang a week prior and they charged me $1.99 for topping off the wiper fluid. Thanks to Sam. Great service took a little time in financing. DO NOT USE UNIVERSAL TOYOTA IN SAN ANTONIO. Took the oil cap off cause vacume leak that threw a code on the vehicle was going to trade in. Found it placed on the frame behind the right front tire
They a Take advantage of you in sales sell you things you told them you did not need and during that time they were talking about all the women passing by and that stole money from me
