My service advisor is John Fontaney and I just want to say he is absolutely the best!!! Every single time I have brought my car in for service he has greeted me with the biggest smile and warm welcome. He always keeps me in the loop about what's going on with time line and lets me know what repairs are recommended but I never feel any pressure to have anything done that I can't afford at the time. Thanks John and San Marcos Toyota for making my service experience totally easy!!!
service is very good. Could not make a deal on a new vehicle but I like the service department.
Our son who is active military just had a vehicle sold out from under him by another sales person. He had saved money and had talked with the dealership several times. He was going to buy it today. If you are active military choose the business’s that appreciate your service. Apparently this one does not!
Easy to get to facility. Friendly personnel. Excellent service. Waiting time for checkup is minimal.
