Service department gets 0 stars!!! The past 2 times to get my Toyota Care check up I had to wait in my car for more then 10 minutes. This is before ANYONE would even come out and acknowledge me. I can understand if you are busy BUT COME OUT AND TELL US!!! Don’t make ME get out of MY car to come and HUNT SOMEONE DOWN. DO NOT buy from here. Allow me to tell you the horrible experience my girlfriend and I had with San Marcos Toyota. A year and two months ago, my girlfriend came here to purchase her first car and start building her credit. She sat down with a sales rep and started looking for 4-door sedans.
