Excellent service! Best nurses and Dr’s! They were very friendly and treated me right away. When you are feeling so sick you just want to feel better and they made me feel better right away! Thank you for that!

I want to say thank you to the San Gorgonio Memorial Hospital and their amazing staff. We went into the ER on Sunday Night as my son was having health issues. They listened to him and ran tests they found the problem and he was admitted. This is a wonderful hospital from the ER staff, the ER nurses were amazing (I wish I knew their names). Our nurse Tyler was awesome he explained everything. The three doctors we saw were wonderful. Everyone was from every department was so helpful. i dread ever having to come here... the staff is always rude and treat me like a second class citizen..maybe because i have state insurance. Although RECENTLY when i had to take my daughter for stiches on her brow i couldnt really find anything to complain about. The new nurses (id never seen before) were very friendly...However, i was a bit upset that my 4 year old wasnt given proper numbing and felt the last stitch. AND my last 2 visits i saw the registration girl shes so not a people person and seemed so annoyed to be doi... read more
This hospital severely needs a Pediatric unit with trained staff !! Every time I have had to bring my twin grandbabies there for treatment I have had to get pissed and tell someone something , I have even had to tell a nurse one time to step away and get a doctor who could do the job after they tried to find a vain 5 TIMES ! He was in so much pain and stressed but the nurse just kept digging in to his tiny little arm untill I basically flipped out on him !!!!
