Best hospital in the Inland Empire! They have always taken such good care of me and my family when we needed it and they are quick and friendly. I drive from East Hemet for my emergency needs and it's worth the drive to this great hospital!

Just a small word about my visit was absolutely one of the best hospital visit I ever experienced at triage I was emmediatly checked in and Benton and his crew just got right on me assessing me and making there decision Benton and ed. And come other employees we talked about fishing they were all just wonderful to be in hands with. This hospital is more to me than a five star. Thank you Benton and all of the employees there. AWESOME people

They transferred my mom to another hospital w/o telling me! I was sitting in the ER waiting room & they never called my name. I needed to go to the triage window 1.5 hours after bringing her in, ask about her, then listen to 3 different excuses regarding their communication failure. They transferred her 20 min after I brought her �

I have had my share of hospitals. Three others before here and I do not have one bad thing to say about San Gorgonio. I have had two surgries here with in a 10 month span and both my experiences were great. 8/30/2016 & 5/2/2017. The staff is very friendly, professional, polite. Just amazing. They tended to my needs very quickly. I Did not have to wait for my pain meds or anything else that i wanted. Even though i know it was against hospital policy that family couldn't stay the night, but i asked anyways.. and they did allow... read more
