My mother is home today comfortably recovering from yesterday's outpatient surgery. The doctors, nurses, staff, and volunteers were great! I only have 1 complaint. The recovery nurse, who was wonderful, was by herself with us and had to call someone twice to stay with us while she left to ask the surgery nurse questions. Help came right away. We received 2 promised calls after we left, one yesterday and one today.

Very kind caring staff... pre -op staff wonderful, patient, professional and kind . Funny all smiles. convenient parking ... clean. I did find the volunteer staff at the front desk a little � grumpy... no smiles. Not welcoming.

I had to tell the Dr's what medication I needed.... Can't figure shit out them selves.. My Dr called and they still had to cone back and ask me again.....Next time just burry me!!!!!
