I just want to share what happened when we were at the hospital the other night because Charlie has a fever runny nose body aches headaches sore throat and loss of taste.. but they did not have a rapid coronavirus test so they didn't know if it was the regular flu or the chronovirus They put us in the quarantine room which is supposed to only have one patient at a time but because they were so full they broke the law and put us in there with another patient who they thought ... I'd like to give 2 shout outs. #1 San Gorgonio Hospital is far better than I've heard over the last 5years. I had an occasion to use the emergency room the other day and it was a very professional, friendly and competent visit. Everything was good and not one complaint. They were quick and thorough. And #2 if every you do have to visit the emergency room lets hope that our very own Cheryl Steffen is on duty.. She lives here at Sun Lakes and is most companionate, empathetic , and calm. She is a Social Specialist that absolute... read more

Had a major surgery in October performed by Dr. Reis. The staff was wonderful, and the facility was extremely clean. The whole process was very well managed and the surgery dept appeared to be very organized. I was very well taken care of from admitting/registration to the actual procedure to the warm professionals that created a very comfortable experience for me as I was admitted for 2 days after surgery. This hospital is highly recommended. Thank you SGMH

Took niece 3 times to E.R in 3 weeks With breathing difficulty and chest pain. Hospital staff unable to find anything wrong each time. Took her back just now. This time they did lab tests. E.R. Doc says she has highly contagious whooping cough. Perhaps if they'd done lab tests the other 3 times in E.R. she wouldn't have been suffering so much the last 3 weeks!!! She's going home now and "we" are to be cautious we don't get infected. Thank You Banning Pass Away Memorial Hospital.....
