Terrible customer service!!! Taking my business elsewhere (will get my car serviced at another dealership) and after 4 volvos sad to say definitely not going through this dealership anymore!

Took my car to get a small leak fixed. My original mechanic couldn't figure out where the leak was coming from, so I decided to take it here to the dealer since they must know more about the car. It took a while even for the Volvo mechanic to figure it out (I left it @10 am they couldn't figure it out until 5 pm). But they got the job done. Everyone was very attentive to my son and me. This is our 3rd purchase from SD Volvo because of the personal service and understanding given from the sales personnel to the service advisor (Alex Osuna). We purchased our latest car from Don Thatcher. It was a pleasure not to have a "high pressure" sales/closer. We were able to negotiate without feeling pressured. The "outside" person (Peter Nguyen) is always willing to help the minute you drive into the service lane. Thank you for being our dealership.
