Deplorable customer service at sales department and unfriendly. Promises where broken numerous times
Pedro the service advisor did an exceptional job informing me and ensuring my car would be completed timely and pricing was a little less then initially quoted. Thanks to this, I’ve decided to come back and continue services with San Diego and no longer use Escondido. I plan to continue seeking his advisory services and help in the future.
