Adrian Masters (and his side-kick Rich) are phenomenal. We finally drove off the lot yesterday with a brand new Volvo. Adrian was sincere, ever-patient (over 3 or 4 visits !) helpful, extremely knowledgeable, kind, lovely to work with and worked out the best possible deal for us. He also stayed with us way past closing time to show us the bells and whistles (substantial on the new Volvos !)
Brought my car in for regular maintenance and brake replacement. The customer service representative, Brandon Shelton was very helpful and professional. The technician, Karl was very efficient and quick. I highly recommend Volvo cars San Diego for any service needed on your car.
