Meisha and Nate were fantastic in guiding me through my first session. I have hip dysplasia and was feeling no pain when I left the session. Looking forward to the next session. Definitely check it out, so many benefits - you can't go wrong!

My first time to cryotherapy, wasn't sure what to expect! This place is great! The staff, very professional, very clean. They did a great job of explaining the process, what to do, etc. I will definitely be back, very interested to see how this treatment effects my training!

The owner/operator was awesome. Seemed very knowledgeable, keeping in mind I know very little about this. He took the time to explain the entire process and what I should expect from the treatment. I've only had one treatment but I rather enjoyed the experience and feeling afterwards. I have four more treatment and then will decide if I will continue.
