At the time the actual experience was somewhat unpleasant- I dislike being cold � however I did feel very refreshed and relaxed following the treatment. I worked out prior to my session & suffer from hip and shoulder bursitis & it appeared I was not as sore in those areas. I will inquire about the Cryotherapy facials my next session. Very professional, clean and well worth the experience
Definitely has helped my daughter. She plays softball so from that and her workout she gets pretty sore. It helps her recovery time and has helped her game.
I did my first cryotherapy treatment yesterday and it was awesome. I am definitely feeling the benefits, though minimally because it was my first time, however- overall i feel better than when I didn't jump into that freezing chamber. lol. I am for sure going back again and am happy to incorporate this health craze into my lifestyle.
