My insurance has sent you letters stating that I am not responsible for what you are withholding. Your own billing office has stated that no one has worked on my claim for months & that I should receive my money back. I saw Dr Guerra for an Endoscopy and he is very nice and professional. He was running late but I had procedure done and was out before noon. I had a colonoscopy two weeks before with Dr Guerra will continue to use him.
