Remarkable staff wonderful Dr. Otero. This place is a blessing.
I had the nicest staff that took care of me and explained everything from the moment I got there. I want to say thank you to them all starting with LVN Dora Gonzales, the Anesthesiologist Dr. James Burgert, Lisa in the procedure room (didn't catch her last name) and Dr. Richard Otero
I went for my follow-up appointment and I didn't get to talk to mine Dr. Linda Ramirez, I got a other person who I didn't understand that well. It would be nice to see my doctor.
I love Dr portillo he was very understanding of my anxiety to get surgery done!
Possibly the worst experience I have ever had with a GI for 10 years of seeing them. Staff is atrocious. You're lucky if you even see the doctor. "Lost" appointments, delayed appointments, "lost" records. I landed in the hospital from their incompetence and when the on-call doctors tried to convince him he needed to review my situation, he refused. Even the on-call GI was mad. I'm switching doctors.

Waited 2.5 hours to be seen they did not tell us they were 2 hours behind till my husband went up there to ask what was taking so long would've been nice to be told that when we walked in other than that everyone is nice and they didn't rush out of room once seen I've gone to office on Research Parkway Dr. Oteros PA's are great I just would've liked to have been told there was a long wait and given me option to reschedule if I wanted to
