The staff is unprofessional and incompetent. The first girl sounded like I was bothering her. When I asked to speak to someone else, this guy gave me EXCUSES on why my information was incorrect in their system. When trying to set my appointment I told him I had not used medical transportation before 8 am so he asked me if I wanted the 7:30 or the 9:30 appointment.
