I highly recommend that all individuals stay proactive and get your regularly scheduled gastrointestinal screenings at SAGA! Dr Ernesto Guerra, Angelika, Dora, Erica, Victoria, and the rest of the incredible staff, I unfortunately did not get names for, ALL did an awesome job today! My entire experience from the smooth check-in process to the pain-free 10 minute procedure and fantastic bed-side manner was greatly appreciated! Thank you and God bless you all! David M.
It started all wrong !! They send me to the Babcock ofc !! Should of been at the ofc on eculid �No communication !! But other than the communication issue it was awesome!! Remember gas is not cheap !!!!!
The nurse in pre-op and post -op are just the best our experience here was the best and everyone for caring
The staff here are very nice and professional. Dr. Ramos is an excellent dr and has a very good bedside manner. I was recommended to him by a friend thank God.
The nurses in Pre-op and Post-op were extremely nice and friendly. My husband was treated very well and the procedure itself was very quick. However, he was scheduled to be there at 10 for an 11:30 procedure and he was seen until 2 hours later (2pm). All the time, I am in the front office waiting room waiting to be called to see my husband in recovery only to learn he hadn't even been seen yet. I'm not sure they even exist much less want patients. I've tried calling numerous times over the last 2 yrs to TRY to get an appt. Nobody picks up the phone and the menu doesn't offer the option of trying to make a new appt. Tried out the state of the art website last week- sent a request for an appt. and have yet to hear a peep. In the meantime, I contacted another gastro clinic, got in within 2 days of my call and got what I needed. Based on the comments I'm seeing on here, it's a blessing I never heard back
