Office closed, rcvd no notifications and I have medications that HAVE to be filled now.
Dr. Abbas is everything you hope for in a PCP. He takes his patients’ concerns very seriously and asks great follow up questions. He is truly one of the most compassionate physicians I have ever encountered. The office staff, nurses, and techs are also all top notch. The phlebotomist had awesome bedside manner and made the lab process about as painless as possible. I definitely recommend Dr. Abbas to anyone looking for a PCP!
Messages not returned from their nurse answering service when left hours before the cut off time. Called the office and was promised that they would get to the messages and they did not. This has happened more than once from this office. After hours call service puts you on hold and then hangs up on you after waiting for 10 minutes. The only way to get up with anyone is to actually make an appointment even when it is not needed and talk to someone in person.
Dr Abbas took the time to ask questions regarding my issues and get things in order. On the next visit his nurse, Star, was reviewing my chart out loud and made the comment "I see you are here for a follow up" that was a statement along with the others she was making while reviewing the chart, so I did not respond. She said, "I will assume since you did not answer, the answer is yes" I called and left a message for his nurse with a question. No one responded so I left another message 3 days later.
