Incredibly unfriendly and unprofessional service. I stood patiently in line at the electronics department for nearly 15 minutes before even one of the 4 service people (3 of whom were "helping" a single customer) could even be bothered to acknowledge me. These people weren't even helping the customer....they were standing around chatting while they waited on something. When they did finally ask me why I was there, they were extremely discourteous. Love the Norman Sam's! They don't forget the veterans!
I hate going to this particular store. They are always busy and at any given time they only have 3 registers open. I usually go to the one in Moore. I never have to wait and the employees there are very friendly!
Found some awesome black pepper popped chips and peanut butter filled pretzels
So far so good. Although the other reviews worry me, but I like the bulk groceries and toiletry items. I also like all the toys, clothes and electronic deals you guys have! I know where I will be Xmas shopping! My kids loved the concession, when they got tired of walking around that's where the went!
My Sam's Club in Oklahoma has been out of Wild Chips Premium Organic Tortilla Chip for awhile now when should I expect them to re-stocked. I also tried to just order online and that was not available either. In fact, if you search on Sam's Club website the chips don't come up at all in a search, but if you search on google it comes up with a link to the chips on sam's club website and then it takes you to it. I really do not like the fact that Sam's has got the rights to be the only reseller but then doesn't stock them.
Very rude. The tire techs are very rude. I have had an encounter with one of the ladies who work in cafe as rude too. Will not do anymore shopping here.
