First off it was supposed to be buttercream it wasn’t, and then I cut into it and it’s over 1/2 raw. It was still cake batter, So we had to have a party with no cake. Not happy with SAMS at all. Worst cake I’ve ever gotten anywhere.

Had the bakery make my son's birthday cake this year, not only did it turn out looking amazing, it tasted amazing. Will use them again for sure.

The gentleman checking the receipts was named Jim. He was awesome!!! My kids loved him. It was nice of him to hang out and talk and listen to their stories while we were eating.
Buying something and the price is one thing then rings up $1 more then supposed to be instant $2 off then Vanessa in the green vest tells you your wrong and gets on the walkie talkie and tells someone who works that area to remove the sign and dosent give you the product for that price whos in the wrong when theres a big sign showing the price ???? The customer service sucks and its not the first time i will not spending my money at a place i pay to shop at and get treated like this the chefs store in okc dosent charge a mem... read more
