NORMAN STORE BROKE OUR TIRE SENSOR. RUDE AS ALL HECK SENT US TO THE MOORE STORE and when they could not fix what they did not break , they sent us back to Norman. ASST manager BREA was rude and a nightmare and has NO business being a manager ( as a former business owner I should know) Jack was no help either and after weeks of calling and complaining to get anyone to fix our tire sensor so we can get back to Ca. We now have a claim number ( maybe that was only due to a letter from our lawyer requesting them to fix the issue)... read more
After waiting more than 3 hours for a set of tires, we were told we were next in line. Waited another 20 minutes and found that a blue F-150 was put on the rack in front of us. We got our $500 back because we don't like being lied to. Two managers came tto talk to us. Found out they can't keep employees and so they were way behind. We understand that, but it isn't my problem, and it doesn't justify dishonesty. we didn't get the tires, but one of the managers (the one with the excuses) gave us a $25 gift card.
