I love Sam's. They have the best selection of everything I want. However the snack bar at the Norman location needs 500% improvement!
I had some issues with my membership! The store manager helped to get it fixed! It was important to him to make it right! He took the time to listen to the problem, took the time to also fix the problem, and now I can shop happily! I can not say every person in the store cares this much, or is as helpful, but as for Mr. Boone and the lady named Joni, they rock!
I love the Scan and Go , no waiting in line , Scan and Go . I am on a mission when I go there and don't have time to stand in line . All Walmarts should have this .
Sam's continues to replace name brands with house brands. Jacking up prices of name brands or completely eliminating them will make me drop membership!!
We came in to look for barstools. Decided to have a hot dog before we shopped. The wan working the register at the food court was the most miserable, hateful individual I have ever bee serviced by. She clearly had no idea how to so her job, snapped at everyone, including coworkers. I can't even fathom why she was put in a position to deal with the public. She needs to be stocking freezer items. We will not go to the food court if she is there ever.
Rude! Went in to get a phone twice. No one helped. And they walked right past us and didn't even acknowledge us. Waited for 20 minutes the first time. And 2 the next. Went to Moore! They are SO much nicer. And cleaner
