I will never ever go to this place again worse place ever Will try to sell u warranty for electronic and then you have to jump through hoops to get it fixed. People are rude even the older ladies at the entrance and exit gave me hell to enter with my receipt that I just bought a month ago just horrible

The prices are great, but the people at the customer service desk are rude. My husband and I went in last month to apply for a credit card, and the customer service representative acted annoyed that we had questions, responded shortly or incompletely, and had an inappropriate conversation with her coworkers behind the counter. We have had no such issues with the typical employees there, however, and the prices are great! In the future, if I need customer services, I'll go to the Papillion location.

Older lady in the bakery is always negative with a bad attitude. Ive never been asked to show my sams card when walking in, not at 120th location or even out of state. But was told the other day that i couldnt come in without showing my card per the new store manager. Cold and windy out, with 2 small children. To the new manager on 120th...I cant check out without having my card scanned, dont see why i need to present it twice. I'll be shopping at papillion sams from now on.

Karl from Sam's club at Wal-Mart on 72nd and pacific bumped into my cart where chloe was sitting, hitting her leg and I said omg watch out....he told me to fuck off and that I shouldnt have stopped. I was stopped for 2 minutes, he should watch where he is going...this guy came at me, throwing his hand up, threaten me, like he wanted to fight. ..I said go ahead hit me bc it will be the last time you put your hand on someone.
