I have been a member for a while now and just today we got the worst customer service. My daughter and I always come here to buy the freshly squeezed orange juice and some other items. But we always like to grab a sample of the juice because that is what they’re for. When going up there the lady pouring the juice denied a juice for my daughter because she stated she had already gotten one. I'm learning that just because something is under warranty doesn't mean your not going to have to pay. I bought a new set of tired here a year ago. They said if you ever get a nail in the tire through the life of the tire it's free to fix it or they will replace it free. Well that's not the case they replaced the tire, but now there's a $16 mounting and balancing fee....
When it's time for me to gather my household supplies for the winter Sam's club knows how to treat a single lady like me.
