I'm not one to be offended but this place only asks people of color for their membership card upon entrance. Every single time my wife or I go they ask for our membership card while 3-5 white people enter with nothing but a greeting that bullcrap.
The locations in Omaha have been extremely mismanaged and as a Plus Member I want to voice my frustrations. Twice in the last week my authorized user has been DISCRIMINATED by your STAFF because she is BLACK. I see you did the corporate Rainbows for Pride, but what about #BLACKLIVESMATTER The prices and products are great the help desk and customer service are not.
