worst sam's club I have been in, and I have been in a lot of them across the United States. while the store is laid out nicely, the customer service is reprehensible, including the customer service desk. Really folks, leave your crappy attitude at home when you come to work to do your job. Some training, from the management down would be a great asset to this store.
Only one reason to buy from a bulk store, inventory. They were out of Kodiak. Costco here we come.
I joined the club's extra where you spend $$$ and earn money back. I was told by 4 employee's that anything I bought on there auction site would count. I spoke to John Price a manager, and is one that told me it should and will check into to get my points added. Was told he even spoke with the District Manager whom said I should also, get the points. This start back in Aug. and now in Nov. spoke with John Price and said that it doesn't count! What a bunch of run around. If I knew this would never signed up.
