Today I shopped with my Sams Club app shopping list. Half my normal items were out of stock! - butter, ready to serve bacon, sliced beef sandwich meat, cheese sticks, cashew halves and pieces. And the produce cooler had so many pallets that it was a challenge to get a cart through. I left questioning if I should have paid my membership last week when I was unable to shop because my scan n go app was suddenly out of date and I needed to update my SAMs app first. Today I was in your store. I walk every where I was carrying a bucket and bag and my backpack. The person at the door wanted me to leave my bags at the door. First of all my backpack is like a man’s wallet if your not asking a man to leave his wallet at the door then I shouldn’t have to leave my back pack at the door. Sam's club "Plus" membership with free shipping is the biggest rip off out there. they "ship" for free, but they charge you MORE for the item than if you would pick it up in the store. DON"T WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!!!!!!!!!!

I was in on 7/27/18 and was witnessed by Jackie (the receipt checker) making my purchase. On my way out, I was barred from leaving, like a hostage, by Jackie. He asked for the receipt for my purchase, which he SAW print out, tho I neglected to take it, and refused to let me leave the store. At NO POINT was he friendly, polite or accommodating, despite knowing full well that we had paid, in asking for my receipt. I felt accosted.
