I ordered a chocolate cake for my daughter's birthday. I picked it up from the store yesterday for her party. After singing happy birthday, I cut the cake to find the chocolate cake I ordered was in fact a white cake. We had guests to feed so we did eat it, however my daughter who hates white cake did not have a piece of her own cake. I called the store this morning, the first customer service person I spoke to said "so you don't want it" ummm you weren't listening and your rude. Had the worst customer service. I say hello nothing said in return. Ask how many items returning I tell her 3. Need to see your mmbership card , no please, no thank you. Ringing my returnn up she states need your debit card . Again no please, no thank you. Give her my card she hands me paper sign this. Could you of taken a moment to say hello how may I help you No. I dont care how bad your day is, if you are working customer sservice you take a moment to great everyone . Sams Club needs some training at their Service Desk.
