Recommendedit was a great visit, had not been there in really long time, employees were very helpful, from helping me with digging for a size in huge pile of tops to helping with loading heavy dog food in my care! smiles and kindness were everywhere! Will definitely be back alot sooner!!!
The COS rudely yelled at and confronted a customer for having more than one pack each of Lysol spray and Clorox wipes. The customer only had two of each. The customer said her son could just buy one each with his membership card then. The Cos demanded they show her their club membership. Then she started going through the items in the customer’s cart. Scan & Go the best Love going inside and San & go no lines. Great customer service.
Employees are rude. They touch all of your items on the way out..talk about spreading germs in a pandemic and especially flu season...🤮 yuck...definitely cancelling membership!!
Don’t recommend curb side pickup. I’ve been sitting here for over 30 minutes waiting on the staff to bring my items out. Could have went inside shopped myself faster then they can bring things out. And what made it even better was they brought items out for people who just showed up while I’m still waiting.
I recommend the chicken selection and produce.
why am I even paying for a membership? ( PLUS EVEN!?). When they canceled my club pick up AFTER They took my 500.00! and sold my pool to someone else. no help from customer service, just an " OH WELL" attitude. Now I have two very disappointed kids sweating their butts off and oh yeah... I don't have another 500.00 until they reimburse me! so I can't even go buy another pool if I did find one! Thank you for the most disappointing weekend ever. looks like Costco will be getting my money from now on.

Had to have a new microwave ASAP because I ruined mine, so I called Sam's in Elyria and Yvette, who works in membership told me they had the one I needed. I explained to her that we hadn't been out since March because we are in the 80"s age group. She told me she would have the microwave brought up to Membership and I only needed to come there and pay for it and she had someone take it out to my car. SAved me from having to get it myself and wait in line to pay. I certainly reccomend her for employee of the month.
