We are always at this Sam's Club and have never encountered rude staff. If anything they have always be very polite and extremely helpful. Wish they would accept coupons tho.
bought a food saver machine for 149.98p[us tax,,they put it on sale fore 30.00 off so I went for an adjustment and they only gave me 21.00 dollars they coul not see that they were taxing me twice 5 of them ,,,in the end they gave me 11.00 more just to shut me up they never could see what they did ,,,scarey if you ask me ,,just goes to how dumbed down people are,,,js
