Love the place. Only problem I have is when they start carrying a product then discontinue it. Most recent was the seafood cart. Awesome salmon, then they stoped offering it.

The one star is based on the optical department only. I have had one issue after another with that department. As far as the actual store, I would give it a five star rating! Love Sam's club!
I wanted to get my husband a new phone, waited forever and couldn't find anyone. Went to another counter and they paged someone overhead, no one came. So I went to another counter and they called someone on the walkie talkie, he came over and did not ask anything , just started helping someone else, who was also waiting, but after me!, this whole thing took over 35 minutes , I wasted! I was not very happy and did not get a phone there after all of that! I went to Verizon! It was the worst customer experience I have ever had ... read more
Great deals on everything and you can't beat the protection plans on electronics or toys !
I tried the new Scan & Go app yesterday and loved it! Disappointed that the Purely Inspired Chocolate protein powder has been replaced with vanilla. I want the chocolate back!!
