Trying to get customer service to place a special order for mattresses. Customer service desk wanted to just order online for me and also mentioned items were not available. Called to speak to manager, waited 20 minutes with no manager available. Hoping that with the power of Facebook I may be able to get assistance on placing a special order for 5 mattresses.
Numerous times I have ordered cupcakes. Every single time they are wrong. Went today to pick up "all white with white frosting" They were half chocolate. Why is something so simple wrong every time ? HELLO COSTCO !!

Sheffield store. I ordered cake and was not there when i went to pick up. I ordered a week ago. Had to find another cake. Not happy was for special 60th birthday. Then i needed chicken...all the chicken was burnt. Was not happy at all. Was embrassed bringing it.
Disappointed they didn’t have paper towels or cleaning solution to wash your windows !!!
Very disappointed in the way they have dead plants on the floor doesn't anybody care,that was a lot of loss. Told the Manager, he said really.i am sure he walked past them a lot and didn't notice!!???
I had an appointment at 12 to get 4 snow tires put on my car. It took till 2:30 for them to get done. I saw 5 cars come and go while my car just sat there. I finally had to talk to a manger. I am 77 years old I can't take that kind of stress..
Love going and buy in bulk and gasoline cause it's so much cheaper!!
