I really love it, Never had a problem. Sure sometimes the bulk is not good BUT you know that's how they sell things so you deal with it. I used to be a member of Costco's and that ONLY lasted 1 yr because I was TOTALLY unhappy with them.
My Mother who is 87 and my sister were supposed to have their mattresses delivered today on the 22nd of November..It is now 6:30 and NO mattresses..they just moved up here and joined your club and this is the first experience they get????..I call your SD and get a young man who won't let me talk and keeps yelling at me saying..MAM,MAM,MAM,MAM,MAM..really..then proceeds to tell me they have nothing to do with that service to call the # on the back of the card..who took the money...YOU DID..so you need to make it right..they a... read more
