Sam’s Fort Wayne need to train/ or get people know how to work at customer service. Coming to convert the e-gift cart to the actual card so I can use at the gas station & have been waiting 15 minutes plus now. 2 workers and 2 customers only there’s no line at all. Smh. Have you ever wondered how Costco works??
Got to say a big THANK YOU to the guys in the tire department. While I was checking the tire pressure on one of my tires the valve shot out of the tire and it immediately went flat, leaving me stranded in a parking lot. Tire was stuck on and I couldn't get it off to put on the spare. Had my car towed to Sam's Club in Ft. Wayne. They fixed the valve, checked out all the tires, put my spare away, and held my car overnight so I wouldn't have to wait. Total charge $7.00.
