their customer service is appalling
RecommendedPlace is nice to shop at.
Been sitting here waiting to get our tires put on for over 2 hours and still waiting. Tires we ordered 17 days ago by the way and when we called to make an appointment they tried to say they didn’t have them. We will be at Belle Tire from now on!

Very clean, friendly, well stocked club.
Today my son got sick inside the store at the self checkouts. The two employees standing there moved into action and were extremely helpful. I felt so thankful that they were so kind and caring. One went and grabbed a mop I asked if I could help clean it up and he just kept asking if my son was okay and told me he would take care of it. I was so appreciative and happy. We love sams and will continue to shop there. Never had a bad experience. 💙
If you are are going to advertise a one day sale, make sure that your website can support the traffic and doesn’t crash instantly when it starts😡. Not a happy customer 😡
Sam's Club is a warehouse at warehouse prices, but the price on solar salt is about .40 cents more than Walmart. So, why should I get a Sam's club card, when I can go to walmart which is not a warehouse store with warehouse prices and pay almost the same as Sam's Club?
