The customers, the employees are very nice compared to some of the other ones I been to in the STL Area
It's great if you are just leisurely shopping going aisle to aisle but for a business owner like myself I find it difficult to get through the store. No one to help you if you have a quesion or cannot find an item. Long lines.... as a business owner I need to get in and out. Not stand in line for 20minutes to check out.
5 star's to the guys in the tire department. Henry Howard he help us when our car broke down on the way to the airport. He walked to our car got it started so we could drive it to the store and he changed the battery. Henry Howard a 5 start employee. Thank You Mr . Howard
Been on hold for five minutes went there at 7:30 this morning to pick up my order it wasn't ready said it would be ready between 7 to 8 oh told them I would be back at noon to pick it up. Been told she's busy with a customer told them to cancel my order I'll go to Cosco screw Sam's better get my money back that you charge my credit card last night for this piss poor service
I've been a member on and off for a few years and come here for one of my jobs as well. Considering this is a place I pay to belong to, I am blown away at the disorganization amongst employees and their lack of friendliness. There are no smiling employees and if asked a question they look put off and bothered. I am going to consider the new Edwardsville location and see if it's a better atmosphere there, as this location has proved time and time again to be lackluster.
SOOOOO im shopping at Sam's(1/19/16)...AND THIS DUMB REGISTER CLERK(register 11 @7:56pm (says door lady leaving out) DIDNT RING UP (3 40CASES OF WATER & SODA)(i have 3 reciepts out of 2buggies full of goods.. 1RST ATTEMP SHE DIDNT RING UP SODA. SECOND TIME SHE DIDNT RING UP 3CASES To the point SHE WAS MAD i came back & paid for the stuff #CanYouSayIntegrity?...LIKE UM I COULDA KEPT WALKN
I like surprises but not this one. I bought two Spiral cut hams for my Christmas dinner. To my SURPRISE one was just spiral cut to half of the ham. The entire end had not been sliced. Ok, so we sliced it but not as nicely as the first one we cooked which was perfect. Just wondering if the butcher got sidetracked.
