The tire department is an absolute embarrassment. Save yourself the time and frustration and go anywhere else.
they screwed up my tires I told them not to rotate just balance
Tire department is horrible. Went to get a rotation told it would be half hour and two hours later it was done. What a joke. Will not return to the O’Fallon store for anything.
Pick up is slower than actually shopping for items myself and there's always a traffic jam in the loading area
